Refund Policy

Circumstances Under Which A Full Refund Will Be Issued

Full refunds will be honored if for any reason Bounce Fiesta LLC, or its associates fail to meet our booking fulfillment, meaning we cancel a booking with or without notice. We understand that events at which inflatable rentals occur are usually not able to be rescheduled.

In the event we (Bounce Fiesta LLC) show up to your event, and our equipment is not functioning, or functioning improperly, we will do our best to remedy the situation by fixing or purchasing replacement equipment (if possible). The equipment includes, but is not limited to blowers, cables, generators, or the inflatables, themselves. A partial refund may be issued for time lost and inconvenience, but this will be at the discretion of Bounce Fiesta LLC, and its representatives.

Circumstances Under Which No Refund Will Be Issued

In the event that we (Bounce Fiesta LLC, or any of its associates) show up to your event, and either (1.) the inflatable(s) do not properly fit on the property, (2.) the participants are all above the weight capacity of the inflatable (this mostly applies to the "My 1st Jump n Play" inflatable or any inflatable intended for small children), (3.) the rental period of your inflatable is shortened due to malfunction of the inflatable which is due to your (the customer, and/or their guests) misuse or negligence, and/or (4.) you are affiliated with an HOA (Home Owner's Association), deed-restricted community, or other event venue that does not allow the use of inflatable bounce houses on the property.
